To implement China's national strategies of Revitalizing the Country through Science and Education, Strengthening the Workforce with Talented Professionals, and Innovation-Driven Development, while advancing the integrated development of education, technology, and human resources, the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE) conducted the 2024 CIE Outstanding Doctoral/Master's Thesis Incentive Program evaluation.

  Through a rigorous selection process including formality review, expert peer review, and final panel evaluation, the doctoral dissertation titled "Simplified Generation of Integrated Microcavity Optical Frequency Combs and Research on Parallelized Systems" by Shen Bitao, a PhD candidate at the Center, was successfully selected for the program.
